Pot Roast

Brown 4-5 lbs. pot roase
2-4 sweet onion halved & sliced
1 Bell pepper chopped
2 stalks celery chopped

Brown meat in 2 tsp oil - after turning meat add above ingredients let simmer until meat browns.

Mix together

1 C. catsup
1 C. dry red wine
2 T. lemon juice
1 T Worcestershire sauce
1 T. prepared mustard
3 T. brown sugar
1 tsp salt & pepper

Pour over meat - Bake in over 350 degrees for 3-4 hours.
