1 C. shortening
1 C. sugar
1 C. brown sugar
2 beaten eggs
1 tsp. Vanilla
2 C. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. Baking powder
1/2 tsp. Salt
1 C. oatmeal
1 C. coconut
1 C. Rice Crispies
Mix ingredients in order above. Roll into balls and mash with a fork on ungreased cookie sheet. Bake at 350 degrees for 8-10 minutes. Makes approximately 3 dozen cookies.
